Writing!
So I'm actually getting to my writing again in earnest, and that makes me happy. I am not writing every day, but at least once a week. I barely wrote a word in 2010 that wasn't an angst ridden post of my private life. There were lots of those, but they are set to "Just Me" to save my friends from the emo.
So today, I submitted a short short, 55 word story to a LosCon event, and also submitted a 1,093 word short story to one of the Writer's Digest competitions.
I now have 4 submission ready pieces, three seriously underway, and several treatments. Also working on a novel, which is currently horrid, but it's more an exercise than anything. My "thing" seems to be the short story format, not out of laziness, that's just how they end up.
