Fathers Day we were flying back home and did not really celebrate. Today I did not work, so I decided to make a belated father's feast for hubby. I spent three hours making penne pasta with homemade marinara, chicken pan fried with spices, salad, cucumber salad, garlic bread, and
key lime poke cake for dessert. It all turned out awesome. I don't cook much anymore (Joe loves to cook so he usually handles it), so I'm very pleased with myself. The cake was especially yummy and very very easy.
Now I am stuffed. So much for losing that five pounds I gained in Jamaica!
