financial worries

A full time teller position at a financial institution is available. I'm not sure where, what hours, or what I'd be doing, but I'm applying. Today I need to adjust my resume and cover letter to fit their mystery business and e-mail it to Joe so he can print it out on some fancy paper for me.

My mom is running out of money and I'm going to have to take over the home equity loan payment, the bills, all of the groceries, car insurance and maintenance, and all three of our miscellaneous needs including my mom's medications and damn cigarettes. I was laying in bed worrying and crying a little last night for hours before I was able to fall asleep. I really don't know how I'm going to do this. I am terrified that I will fail and we will be living in a box under a bridge. I'm going to have to apply for a link card and heating assistance. I don't have much of a choice. I'm not sure if I will be able to afford cable, a phone, or the internet. I figure I will be making about 17 grand a year if I get paid 10 dollars an hour working 40 hours a week. I'm not counting on child support.

I guess I know I can do it as long as I get paid more than minimum wage. & if nothing pops up like needing a new car or medical bills for my mom. It's just going to be really tight and I hate to be on government aid.
