Fun with Synonyms
So, Cedar Point has quite a few rules. Given that they are a theme park that attracts over a million visitors a year, that is understandable. Some of these rules deal the rides themselves. You know, who can go on what rides, etc. Now, usually you think of a marked stick to measure the minimum height for children. However, while looking through the Cedar Park website, my sister came across a size warning in the opposite direction:

Guests of Exceptional Size
All passenger restraint systems, including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seatbelts, must be positioned, fastened and tightened to allow guests to ride.
Due to rider restraint system requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides. This may apply, but not be limited to, males who exceed 6'2", and those who exceed 225 pounds, have a 40" waistline or 52" chest or females who exceed 200 pounds or wear size 18 or larger. Each person has different body proportions, so it is impossible to determine exact size and weight.
Our larger guests may experience difficulty on Blue Streak, Chaos, Corkscrew, Disaster Transport, Mantis, Maverick, maXair, Mean Streak, Millennium Force, Mine Ride, Power Tower, Raptor, Skyhawk,Wave Swinger, Wicked Twister and Top Thrill Dragster.
Maximum recommended weight limits are posted on Camp Snoopy rides, Chaos, Monster, Scrambler, Super Himalaya, Troika, Wave Swinger, RipCord and most Soak City attractions.
You may enter the ride via the exit to ensure the restraints function properly prior to waiting in line. We have test seats at Maverick, maXair, Millennium Force, Raptor, Skyhawk, Top Thrill Dragster and Wicked Twister.

Political Correctness amuses me to no end, especially when it is of this variety, where 'unoffensive' words or euphamisms are chosen to replace 'bad' words. The meaning and message (which may be offensive) remain the same, but a 'more' acceptable way to be offensive is chosen. Anyway, I had fun replacing the word 'exceptional' with synonyms:
Synonyms: aberrant, abnormal, anomalous, atypical, deviant, distinct, extraordinary, inconsistent, infrequent, notable, noteworthy, odd, peculiar, phenomenal, rare, remarkable, scarce, singular, special, strange, uncommon, uncustomary, unheard-of, unimaginable, unique, unordinary, unprecedented, unthinkable, unusual.
Personally, I like 'guests of unprecedented size', 'guests of phenomenal size', 'guests of unthinkable size', and 'guests of unimaginable size'. I was talking with Kristin, and she suggested 'incomprehensible', which also drove me to fits of laughter.
"guests of incomprehensible size... so large that your mind cannot wrap itself around their sheer bulk". Which then leads to baffling, beyond comprehension, cryptic, enigmatic, fathomless, impenetrable, incognizable, inconceivable, inscrutable, mysterious, mystifying, obscure, opaque, perplexing, puzzling, unclear, unfathomable, ungraspable, unimaginable, unintelligible, unknowable.
