No sleep till Brooklyn
Unfortunately, I'm not going to make it to Brooklyn any time soon. I've tried getting in my bed with my sleep mask on, which is usually sleep crack. But, alas, it is not working. I'm just on the racing thoughts highway which, as some of you may know, has no exits. :(
And I'm tired.
Bone tired.
The kiddos are all asleep. Veronica is in my bed tonight, which is not really super awesome for my sleep. She is known as the "barnacle." Meant in the most loving way possible, of course. But she suctions right up next to you and won't let you move ALL NIGHT LONG. So, when I sleep with her my back hurts and I long to flip flop over to my other side. Although, I was having trouble sleeping last night, too. I actually thought about waking her up and asking her to come sleep with me. It was miserable being alone and awake. So, of course, I should have someone else be awake and miserable with me. :D Makes perfect sense. ahem.
