this one time we took off the cover to the overhead shaft governor (the moped has an overhead cam shaft, isn't that adorable?) and adjusted the governor to change the compression
as it turns out, there was no compression before.
so it runs, kind of in zombie mode right now until we re-adjust the compression further (it's ticking against the head cover, which is a problem)
