I suggest 10 people per 3 resistance fighters. If a place is discovered, one delays the enemy while the other two escort the "witches".

With any spare fighters, we can form guerrilla groups to conduct hit and run operations to rescue those who are captured.

It's a damn mob out there. I don't think 1 resistance fighter is going to be enough to delay.

Currently, Harry Dresden is running diversionary techniques to buy us some time. Any ideas for more safe houses?

Regardless of powers, none of them seem to be carrying gas masks. I have a full load out of non-lethal ammunition for my weapons. I can supply a few grenade launchers with pepper and teargas grenades. That can hold off enemies long enough to allow allies to escape.

Affirmative. I also have one suit capable of faster than human movement and strength. It's armor can deflect automatic bullets. It's simple to use and can be given to any type of combat veteran who lacks weaponry.
