Aphrodite;; Peitho was Aphrodite's loyal handmaid. She assisted Aphrodite in her endeavors - most significantly, she was known to have been present at the unions of Jason & Medea, Cadmus (Kadmos) & Harmonia and Paris & Helen. She was the nurse for the Erotes and was written in conjunction with Aphrodite very often.

Athena;; Possibly less than amicable, considering the relationship between Aphrodite and Athena. Peitho was also on Aphrodite's side during the weaving contest.

Dionysus;; Dionysus and Peitho seemed to have shared some form of friendship, if nothing else. Peitho assisted Dionysus in several of his conquests, two of them stand out: Aura and Pallene.

Eros;; She was said to be the nurse of the Erotes - thus, Eros was one of her wards. Later on, they seem to have been lovers as some sources cite Eros and Peitho as Hygeia's parents.

Helen;; Peitho was integral to the luring away of Helen from Sparta as she was present during the "temptation". She is said to have convinced Helen to run away with Paris while Eros struck Paris with his...quiver.

Hermes;; Peitho's immortal husband.

Pan;; Pan and Peitho may have been romantically involved. They are said to be the parents of Iynx according to some sources.

Theseus;; Theseus started the worship of Peitho in Athens. Hence, he is an easy favorite of the goddess. They do not seem to be otherwise strongly linked in Theseus' mythology, however. Nevertheless, he has Peitho's favor.

Tyche;; Peitho and Tyche would be considered sisters as they...share the same parents.
