Hi trish...its 1:03pm...your at school, im at home lol. damn suspension. ANYWAYS so yeah im still trying to find my way through this site and navigate its going okay...i don't even know if im posting this right since i have been posting all my other posts in my own thing? lol. so yeah i woke up at 10:30am...then went back to sleep and woke up again at a time unknown. made myself breakfast...my was it lovely..then put some music on and FINALLY CLEANED MY BEDROOM. so now im just sitting here typing away and listening to some Lamb of God lol. I feel tired again and I DONT want to do the h\w i was assigned before i got suspended. but i guess im jsut going to have to do it...make myself do it. after that it'll probably be time for boxing and ill go there n' do what i do lol. AFTER THAT (boxing class) im going to read about training because i seem to be falling behind in that and i've got 367 articles EXACTLY to read which is A TON but it msut be done to further expand my knowledge in training...which is never ending...o god. so yeah thats a lot of articles...and on the way reading those articles i will find even more articles cuz thats what happens. so it'll prboably be around 500....one time on a weekend i spent 17 hours on the computer reading all day. thats long eh?...my eyes were killing me though and i had a bitchin headache (damn radiation waves). so yeah and i've got tons of books by the way...one book ( a very scientific one) is 493 pages long...my god no time for all these books/articles. so im actually pissed off right now cuz i have to make a training program but i havent and i need to cuz i need to train and be above my other oppenents in the ring...im still looking for a descent Brazilian Ju jitsu class...still searching for that and its been unsuccessful but ill find a good one soon enough...so things i need to cover that NO1 cares about but i still find it fun to talk about lol...grip training...i have the best book on it "Mastery of Hand Strength" by John Brookfield...yeah so if anyone wants to make their hands mighty strong READ THIS BOOK AND APPLY HIS METHODS...i can guarantee u that u'll develop hands of MIGHT! other things are kettlebell training but since one kettlebell is like a billion dollars ill have to suffic with my DB's (dumbbells)...then my strength work, and my conditioing (or endurance work) same shit. anyawys enough about that cuz i could really go on FOREVER! this post is becomign pretty damn long and its 1:13pm...so i must go and look at a website before i start my h\w...its fun to thing about all the kids in school though...in class hahahahahaahaha!...well ttyl Trish...if thats where this is going i hope lol

Oh Drago... what will i do with you. This is commenting on my journal again, haha. Don't worry.. i'll repost that whole thing into YOUR journal for you. Then i'll make instructions on how to post them yourself. Haha.
