Wow.
Over a week of waiting for that stunning statement from the Head of the Office of Public Morale. It was so worth the wait, wasn't it?
How pathetic. Nine days to think of something good and all they come up with is an "isolated incident." Amazing, truly. Then again, I shan't be surprised as they've neglected to tell those who worked in the Ministry--the ones with the true right to know--and left them grasping at straws trying to figure out what occured.
Maybe my friends and I should be a bit more active around the area more often. Let's give Percy something to really worry about, eh?

Do forgive the unforgivable tardiness on this reply to an owl you sent me several months ago. I'm afraid it got buried under a stack of paperwork and I just discovered it again this morning as I was cleaning up a bit.
