men are pigs. im sitting here at work and this guy, we'll call him specimen 0, who's been hitting on me for months now (hes a long-term guest due to work) decided to make his move and give me his number. now, i work in the hospitality business. its obligatory that im beyond nice to people. i cant exactly tell this guy to go fuck himself and use the paper he wrote his number on to clean up after himself when he's through. i smile and tell him that although im seeing someone, we could be friends. he assures me over and over that if that's all im interested in then that's perfectly fine with him. he leaves and comes back a few hours later after im through with my work for the night and am sitting at the lobby computer working on some things for school because i cant get my laptop to connect to the network here. he comes over, sits down and proceeds to talk to me about us getting together, school, sex, work, us dating blah blah blah. now boviously, every other subject we touched on involved me turning him down in one way or another. this boy doesn't understand the meaning of no. i keep telling him that id be happy to get to know him as a friend but nothing more. he then proceeds to tell me that my boyfriend doesnt satisfy me sexually and that's why i need to be with a guy like him. i told him he was way out of line and questioned where the hell he thought he got off saying things like that to me? "well im the chocolate sauce (he's black of course) that needs to cover your vanilla icecream." i finally got fed up with his bullshit, however entertaining, and told him i didn't like sex. he asked why. "let me rephrase that. i dont like sex with men. you see, im a lesbian. i just havent told my boyfriend yet because i dont want to hurt his feelings" he laughed as i kept a straight face. specimen 0 then told me that if i was serious he was just gonna straight up walk away. i sat there. he got up and walked away. "wait you said you werent interested in sex. you said we could be friends!" specimen o: "skeet"...psh. men
