A friend told me that in life there are five (post-secondary) stages to get or achieve before one dies - get degree, get car, get house, get married, get children. I've never agreed with him since but have never ruled out the fact that his words may be indicative of the social norms we have, at least in either Singapore, or our very own community.
I can also not rule out the fact that I belong to the group which hates weddings (for obvious reasons). So having said that, it leaves me with nothing else to achieve or look forward to here.

Which is very possible (I think) but a few complications I have to iron out.
