*Everyone* I know is at Bam Vid Vault now so despite some reservations I had with the place and because Imeem (for vidders) is no more, I have uploaded my vids there.

For more on the asshattery that is Imeem.

I'll also be uploading to blip.tv and as you may know already, I'm at Youtube.

I just joined myself. I'll eventually get around to uploading some old vids.. how is your experience so far?

I'll go friend you now. I uploaded my vids yesterday so it's all new to me too. I have seen around LJ some comments about the frame rate only being 15fps so the vids do look a little jerky from the dropped frames.

Imeem is the repeated cautionary tale that I experienced at Stage 6 about a year ago. I've finally learned that we just need to be everywhere. I'm at BAM, and I'm uploading to blip.tv as well, although I have a few criticisms of both. Heh. I had criticisms of Imeem, too, so what's new? The biggest heartache, IMO, is the links! O the links! Our Imeem links were everywhere and now they're nowhere.

And I just hate having to spend all of this time uploading and tagging again.

Whine away. :) I feel exactly the same about Imeem, Stage6, Vimeo, Bam and Blip. I think many vidders are finding it tiresome. It's just so irritating having the same thing happen again and again. Let's just hope we all have a permanent home now.
