So, I finally did it.
I got my first tattoo.
I'm very very happy with it.
Just in case anyone is wondering... my good friend Jacob used to tell me to "let it settle" all the time. I have a tendency to make swift judgements and immediately overreact. Basically he was telling me to take a step back and evaluate the situation before making stupid decisions. It's advice I took to heart then and it's advice I take to heart now.
I guess I got it because this means I'm never going to stop talking about him. For the rest of my life, if someone asks me about my tattoo, I get to tell them about this amazing person I knew.
It did hurt a lot though. I can't imagine what actual work feels like... this is a pretty small tattoo. I want another, but I definitely want to wait until it means as much as this o
