January 2001: Sugar Quill is founded by Arabella and Zsenya.
June 22, 2001: Cassandra Claire’s Draco Trilogy is removed from fanfiction.net.
July 22, 2001: Fiction Alley is founded.
(Unknown) 2001: "Fandom Unity" lunch between representatives from FA and SQ
September 2001: Gryffindor Tower is founded.
November 2001: Cassandra Claire gives H/G a chance, but reconsiders after reading Alpha and Omega.
November ? 2001: Jeff sends threatening e-mails to Cassandra Claire.
December 30, 2001: Cassandra Claire publishes the first of her Very Secret Diaries.
October 16, 2002: Fandom Wank is born (originally on LiveJournal).
Msscribe Enters the Fandom
November 21, 2002: Msscribe registers on Fiction Alley.
December 19, 2002: Msscribe uploads "Peeping Neville" on Portkey.
December 23, 2002: Msscribe joins the Portkey forums.
December 31, 2002: Msscribe introduces herself on Portkey forums.
December 31, 2002: Clarabella21 joins the Portkey forums and makes first post, introducing herself to Msscribe.
January 13, 2003: Davis_517 flames Msscribe's fanfic and recants the next day.
January 31, 2003: Sarahkjames joins Portkey and becomes Msscribe's fan.
February 9, 2003: Infinitus creates a Livejournal.
February 10, 2003: Msscribe reports that she and other Portkey authors were plagiarized at hpfanfiction.nexcess.net.
February 11, 2003: Babygrrl reports that Msscribe has been plagiarized by "Jill Hartmon" at snitchfiction.net.
February 21, 2003: Msscribe creates a Livejournal account and makes her first post. Clarabella unveils website created for Msscribe. Msscribe’s Yahoo group is created.
February 23, 2003: Msscribe gets a nasty e-mail from "Jill Hartmon."
February 26, 2003: Msscribe posts "Baby Dykes" story on LJ.
February 27, 2003: Msscribe reports that she has been plagiarized at fanfiction.net.
March 3, 2003: Msscribe posts "My Dumb Ass Letter to Cassandra Claire" on LJ and receives anonymous flames.
March 5, 2003: Clarabella21 creates a Livejournal account.
March 16, 2003: Msscribe posts "Explaining My Literary Libido."
March 17, 2003: An anonymous Pakistani woman comments on Msscribe’s 3/16 post.
March 20, 2003: Msscribe posts a response to e-mails she received insulting her appearance.
March 21, 2003: Clarabella reports on LJ and Portkey that Msscribe has been hospitalized after collapsing at a studio.
March 26, 2003: "Fermatojam" creates a LiveJournal account, comments on Cassie Claire’s and Msscribe’s LJs, and makes several posts (including the Big Name Sinners list). Queerasjohn alerts Fandom Wank.
March 28, 2003: Cassandra Claire posts about attending Nimbus and Msscribe responds.
Msscribe Conquers All
April 1, 2003: Msscribe makes April Fool's Day post and is flamed by "Killiganhashope."
April 2, 2003: Killiganhashope links Msscribe's April Fool's post on debate LJ community and Christian forum. Msscribe is visited by Danjanboe.
April 11, 2003: Sarahkjames creates a Livejournal account. Clarabella leaves concrit for Ryoko_blue and sparks flame war.
April ? 2003: Fermatojam joins Gryffindor Tower.
April 15, 2003: Darkrose reports on Fandom Wank that Fermatojam has requested access to GT’s smut archives.
April 24, 2004: Clarabella, Msscribe, and Sarahkjames reconcile with Ryoko_blue.
April 25, 2003: Msscribe posts on her LJ about sexual assault, prompting Sarahkjames to join several anti-rape communities to direct people to said post.
April 30, 2003: SchuylerD reports that Msscribe has been plagiarized on adultfanfiction.net.
May 4, 2003: Msscribe announces she is taking some time off from the fandom due to the death of a friend.
May 7, 2003: "Pottersginny" creates an LJ account, is discovered by Sarahkjames, posts on Harry_and_Ginny community, trolls Infinitus, and viciously insults Msscribe with a racial slur.
May 8, 2003: Queerasjohn and Ladylance both post on Fandom Wank about Pottersginny. Irinaauthor leaves GT.
May 9, 2003: GT admins post disclaiming all connection with Pottersginny and ban her from GT LJ community. Sarahkjames argues passionately against the ban. "Kellie" claims that Pottersginny is a longtime GT member.
May 10, 2003: Angiej posts about Pottersginny and GT. Runechilduk responds angrily.
May 14, 2003: Cygnusfap posts about Fandomopoly.
May 22, 2003: Runechilduk comments forbidding Cygnusfap from using GT's name.
May 23, 2003: Fandomopoly appears on Fandom Wank. Angiej's and Runechilduk's old posts appear on Fandom Wank. Runechilduk deletes his LJ. Pottersginny's LJ is deleted.
May 24, 2003: Msscribe creates GT Hidden Room.
May 27, 2003: Msscribe and Clarabella claim to know who Killiganhashope is.
Msscribe Suffers a Setback
May 28, 2003: Infinitus leaves the fandom.
May 29, 2003: Carissa_lynn posts in her LJ claiming to have information about sockpuppets.
May 31, 2003: Carissa posts e-mails from Clarabella, who confesses to posting as "Fermatojam" and other identities from Msscribe’s computer.
Msscribe Battles Gryffindor Tower
June 4, 2003: GT publishes their IP evidence, linking Fermatojam and Pottersginny to Msscribe.
June 5, 2003: Ladymaidmarian and Zorac post about GT’s IP evidence. Msscribe responds to the IP evidence, provides alibis, and turns the blame back on GT.
June 6, 2003: Dianora downloads all public posts visible at that time on Msscribe's LJ, along with a few other relevant posts or sites.
June 9, 2003: Msscribe is made a FictionAlley mod.
Msscribe in the Aftermath
July 16: Clarabella, Sarahkjames, and Davis_517 make their last appearances on Portkey.
July 17-20: Nimbus 2003 - Msscribe rooms with Cassandra Claire.
July 24: Msscribe announces that she has left her job due to someone sending letters to her boss about her smutty fanfiction, saying that this occurred three weeks previously. Sister_wank posts about it on Fandom Wank.
August 8, 2003: Watchful_entity LJ is created.
Msscribe Settles In For The Long Haul
September 20, 2003: GT closes.
Msscribe creates a Journalfen account called "Karma_bitch" and posts to Fandom Wank about GT’s closure.
October 9, 2003: Msscribe, as "getlaidmarian," posts a poem on GT Hidden Room, chronicling her version of the history of GT.
October 16, 2003: Cassandra Claire posts about her work-in-progress, an NC-17 Ron/Ginny incest fic.
Early December, 2003: Arabella posts incest rant.
January 9, 2004: "Sporkify" joins Journalfen and posts on Fandom Wank regarding Arabella’s incest rant.
January 13, 2004: Fandom_scruples makes its first appearance on LJ and publishes Gold List. Sporkify alerts Fandom Wank. Fandom_scruples publishes Black List.
January 24: Sporkify posts on Fandom Wank about former GT'ers.
Msscribe Survives Challenges
March 1, 2004: Sporkify posts to FW about Tartanboxers. Msscribe has a skirmish with former GT’ers on Starbuckx’s LJ.
March 2: GTers on Metrocowboy's LJ speculate that Sporkify is Msscribe.
March 7, 2004: Angua9 comments on Heidi's LJ charging that Sporkify is an FA mod.
March 11, 2004: Sporkify makes last Fandom Wank post, and attempts to prove "he" isn’t Msscribe, and Msscribe drives "all day" from Baltimore to Delaware.
March 26, 2004: Angua9 sends email to Heidi arguing that Msscribe is Fandom_scruples.
April 6, 2004: Heidi acknowledges receipt of email.
March or April, 2004: Msscribe tells Heidi she is going to resign as a Fiction Alley moderator.
June 4, 2004: PoA IMAX event in NYC.
August 15, 2004: Fandom_scruples posts about Black List authors attending the PoA IMAX event. Lavendarfrost alerts FW, and people speculate about who Fandom_scruples is.
Msscribe Leaves the Fandom
September 19, 2004: Eljuno posts Bushwank (which involves Msscribe, among others) on FW.
September 29, 2004: Fandom_scruples makes brief post.
October 4, 2004: Fandom_scruples "accidentally" makes a public post, making it look as if it is several people. On the FW report, some anons accuse Msscribe. Msscribe creates JF account and responds with an alibi for the September 27 post.
December 6, 2004: FW reports that Cassandra Claire’s apartment has been robbed and that her computer and those of her roommates have been stolen. Heidi organizes "whip-round" to raise money to replace the equipment.
December 7, 2004: Invidereliana (Sapphireisle) comments in Heidi’s LJ about trying to raise money to help her sick mother.
December 9, 2004: Cassandra Claire posts a link to the website where money was being raised for Invidereliana’s mother.
December 20, 2004: Thewhiteprophet posts the "Anonymous Meme," in which appears a photo of Cassie Claire, and a manip of Msscribe’s ultrasound picture.
December 21, 2004: Msscribe "deletes" her LJ and leaves the fandom.
December 22, 2004: Fandom_scruples comments on the Anonymous Meme and Msscribe’s (apparent) sudden disappearance.
February 28, 2005: Heidi makes a post about a fundraising effort for breast cancer. Sapphsmum (Invidereliana’s mother) comments, asking her to promote her own fundraising site.
March 12, 2005: Charitywank - Msscribe ferociously defends Heidi.
Msscribe Returns
November 17, 2005: Msscribe takes issue with Civil War icons. Danitoba47 makes racist comments on the FW report.
June 1, 2006: Msscribe changes her LJ name from Light_music to Delawarean and opens some posts to the public.
June 15, 2006: "Charlottelennox" posts The Ms.Scribe Story: An Unauthorized Fandom Biography.
Afterword 1
June 19, 2006: Msscribe admits to Heidi that she was Sporkify.
June 20, 2006: Angua9 and Oulangi make telephone calls and discover that the police station Msscribe claimed to Ari_o handled her case had no such case on record.
Afterword 2
June 21, 2006: A friend of "Charlottelennox" forwards an email of someone who queried the University of Dayton about Louis Movello and was told they had never had a student of that name, nor any close spellings.
June 21-22, 2006: Ishie (a resident of Dayton) questions the Dayton police, the university police, and others at the University of Dayton and confirms that they have no record of a student or a complaint incident resembling that described by Msscribe.
June 22, 2006: Cassandra Claire emails Angua9 a screencap of Fermatojam's comment on her LJ, showing his IP as the same Comcast IP captured elsewhere for Msscribe, Pottersginny, Fermatojam, Clarabella, and Karma_Bitch.
June 22, 2006: Someone representing himself as Msscribe's husband files a complaint at Journalfen, alleging that Charlotte's quoting of the "Baby Dyke" story and use of an icon with a picture of Msscribe violates her copyright. At Journalfen's request, Charlotte edits those items.
Afterword 3
June 21, 2006: malachan (formerly cygnusfap), revealing himself to be the person behind fandom_quibbler, posts about anonymous comments on the Quibbler that match Msscribe's IP.
June 22, 2006: angua9 posts the email that she sent Heidi in March-April 2004. In a comment, praetorianguard, attorney for Fiction Alley, partially explains Heidi's and her own response.
June 23, 2006: clarabella21 comments on this post in angua9's Live Journal, saying An update will be posted in my journal, seemingly from a kiosk in the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport.
A couple of hours later, "Clarabella" makes a voice mail post on her own LJ, backdated to a month before. Transcription by tophets_tool:
It’s me. I know that I haven’t been around in years and I never thought I’d come back to this journal. I’ve already apologised, I have nothing else to say, except that I wan’t to be left alone. I don’t appreciate people contacting me, and I will be deleting this journal in twenty four hours.
June 23, 2006: Msscribe changes her LJ name dejaspirit and her title to "Solitude."
June 24, 2006: Clarabella's journal is deleted.
June 24, 2006:: heidi8 posts a public apology.
July 7, 2006 or so: The dejaspirit LJ is changed from a permanent account to a basic account. It seems that LJ probabably allowed Msscribe to apply her permanent account to her new LJ, dizzledee.
July 15, 2006: Charlotte receives an email apparently from babygrrl/infinitus, stating that she is a real person; that she doesn't know if Msscribe has done as alleged in the account, but that Msscribe has been a good friend to her; that she has spoken to "Clarabella" on the telephone a couple of times while Msscribe was said to be in the hospital; and that she had left the fandom for personal reasons and did not wish to be contacted or have her identity revealed.
August 4-6, 2006: White_serpent posts her account of "The Cassandra Claire Plagiarism Debacle" on the bad_penny community. This does not directly involve Msscribe, but touches on others involved in her story, most notably Cassandra Claire, Heidi, and Ebony/AngieJ.
August 15, 2006: Msscribe posts a long explanation on her dejaspirit Livejournal. Explanation screen caps: 1 2 3 4. Comment screen caps: 1 2 3 4.
August 16, 2006: Msscribe's post is reported and discussed at Fandom Wank.
August 16, 2006: carissa-lynn responds to Msscribe's statement, disputing some of her claims by posting the text of their emails to each other.
August 17, 2006: Msscribe posts a short apology on her dejaspirit Livejournal. Apology. She also posts an apology as a comment on the Fandom Wank post.
September ?, 2006:: Purple_popple/Michela_ecks posts her account of the Harry Potter "Inner Circle" (primarily Heidi and Cassandra Claire) on the bad_penny community. It is criticized as inaccurate in several respects and is deleted on September 29.
September 30, 2006:: heidi8 posts about michaelaeck's allegations. On that post, an anonymous commenter claiming to be an insurance fraud investigator offers information about Msscribe.
Afterword 4
October 7, 2006: charlottelennox posts Afterword Four, debunking many statements made by the Detective Mousie that seemed to confirm some of Msscribe's story.
October 12, 2006: Msscribe posts another apology on her Livejournal. Apology. Comments: 1 2.
August 11, 2007: Nanea/Infinitus/Babygrrl contacts Msscribe on her dizzledee Livejournal: Post. Nanea's comment.
September 26, 2008: Msscribe sends emails to angua9 and tartanboxers with a mixture of apology, thanks, and blaming Clarabella (including blaming her for faking the original Fermatojam). They do not respond. Msscribe gives angua9 Clarabella's "real name" but I have not been able to find such a person.
