Oh i almost forgot: i am trying a new NO CARB diet which means: NO BREAD, NO PASTA. Curious as HELL how i will do it, given how much bread people eat not realizing it, but it apparently works like A CHARM. Noelle did it, and she has lost 20 pounds, 12 of that in the first 2 weeks. I am very motivated to do this though. I don't eat enormous amounts of pasta, but i think it will be the actual bread on sandwiches that will be hard to stay away from. And Sarah says i need to give up drinking soda too, which i know i SHOULD, but giving up soda to me is like giving up OXYGEN. So i will try and WEAN myself off of it, but no promises
