Polonius says "Neither a borrower nor a lender be" But sometimes we all do both of them. Which one do you find yourself being more often?
On the other hand, Polonius is often considered a big stinking hypocrite - advising brevity while yakking at length - and his advice is generally taken as ironic, so I'll listen to that with more than a grain of salt.
That said, I'm mostly a lender - but only when I can, and only when I know I'll get paid back. Great Depression, remember?
