“Dude, why did you turn her down?”
“Because I overheard that other guy ask about her last girlfriend. I think her friends dared her to ask me out.”
“Hey, sorry, couldn’t help overhearing that - yes, okay, they did, but I’m bi.”
“What - oh. Oh damn it.”
“Still not interested?”
“Too embarrassed, now.”
“I’ll go out with you if you want. Next Friday, you said?”
