Bravery
Tonight, give us 100 (or more) words about bravery.
I have no use personally for foolishness such as bravery. In spite of my reputation for recklessness, I prefer to know when it is the proper time to make a graceful exit. On the other hand, bravery on the part of others is a wonderfully useful thing. Upon hearing a companion say "Go on! I'll hold him/it/them back long enough for you to escape!" What can I do but honor their final wishes? This is why I think it's always a good idea to have a young strapping lad with an enhanced sense of loyalty about, for carrying luggage, opening jars, and going a few rounds with an eldritch abomination while I take the better part of valor.
