Christmas Foods
We've got an English Butler, who loves to do the holidays up in a big way. Honestly, most years, Bruce nd I would totally forget that it was Christmas if we didn't have him around to remind us about that. Alfred even insisted that we provide a tree for the cave this year, and brought over cookies and stuff, with music.
So, he's very, VERY big on the whole traditional thing, and, with Bruce's reputation, that's an entirely good thing, since he has to show up at parties and then also host them. There's at least a few holiday parties thrown into the mix, but the best time of all is Christmas Eve, when we do it up just family and a couple of friends, and he goes full out on us, including desserts. There's usually a bunch of them, but the best one has got to be the puddding:
Flaming freaking dessert. How freaking WHELMING is that? This is last years' before the sprinkler system set in, and Alfred decided we were no longer allowed to have pudding in front of the tv in the den again. ...Good thing M'gann wasn't around yet then.
