What's in a Name?

Nicknames, maiden names, aliases or titles, List the things people have called you over the years.

Aya-chan: I used to be a namesake of the redheaded serious assassin from Weiss Kreuz by my friends. Later on, I found out that Aya-chan is a name that's mostly given to anime characters who are sweet, optimistic, romantic and girly. It actually became an appropriate nickname. My high school friends still call me that as a token of affection. Plus, it was my screen name in an online forum that was my home for more than a year.

Noela: This is the name that my parents gave me when I was born. I'm actually named after my father. All of my school friends who don't know any better call me that. I refuse to use it nowadays because I really hate it. Don't ask me why. It's a pet peeve of mine.

Cami-chan: A personal nickname from an old friend. He was an ex-lover so he loved to use it as a term of endearment.

Cams: I don't know why people added an s in the end. It's a nickname they've given me to cut my long name short.

Camille: My true name that gave birth to all of it's funny derivatives. I love this name. It's so French, so elegant and so seductive. It's full of vague ideas about unrequited love, death and all of it's mysteries as well as hot passionate encounters.

Angel: I don't know why I like this name so much.
