Necklace: It's a family heirloom. It was my great-grandmother's. Nana wore it. Mom had it, and now it's mine.
Bracelet: I've got a thing for crosses. Can'tcha tell?
Bag: It's where I keep all my goodies: salt, holy water, silver bullets, y'know.
Ring: Once upon a time, it was Nana's. She gave it to me on her deathbed.
Belt & Buckle: Cuz, yeah. The cross thing again.

Flask #1: Nana's special brew of protection. She learned the recipe from some old Haitian lady & passed it on to me.
Flask #2: Holy water. Enough said.
Bullets: Silver. Just in case.
Handgun: Because the shot gun doesn't use bullets.
