It's an easy gig, Harl. The small blonde leaned against the back of the elevator, going over the plan in her head. Get in, get out. Five minutes. A goon could do it.
He hadn't wanted one of the boys to do the job, though. She adjusted the strap of the over-sized leather purse hanging from her shoulder. Some things required a lower profile and more finesse than a schizophrenic in clown mask could provide. Harley could blend in. She didn't look out of place in a crowded room or standing next to someone in an elevator. Not with her costume tucked into her bag with the rest of her 'necessities'. She could get in and out of the building without any trouble, and she had been trusted to do so. The thought that the Joker was relying on her made her smile. She was thrilled to be put on a little mission, if only for the chance to prove herself to him.
She began to hum a little song to pass the time as she watched the numbers above the door light up, signaling the passage past each corresponding floor. She was only a few blinking digits away from her stop when the lift suddenly came to a halt, causing Harley to frown at the door. She waited. It didn't open. She moved over to the buttons and started pushing whatever she thought might get it moving again. Nothing happened. She let out a tiny, disgruntled noise. Oy. The elevator was stuck.
She mumbled under her breath, "It couldn't be easy, huh?" She wasn't sure whether sure wanted to scream or just start kicking the door.
((OOC Note: A Nolan!verse Harley Quinn, but open to absolutely anyone from anywhere who thinks they might like to be stuck with her. What are you, nuts?))
