The booth at the street corner is painted in bright, cheerful colors and thus visible from a distance.
On closer look, it is obvious that it has been decorated with more enthusiasm than craftsmanship, as it's a little askew and the colors don't quite match up. But there is this inviting, hand-painted sign on which it says in huge letters: "Advice!" And, a little smaller: "Pay whatever it's worth to you! :)" And yes, that smiley face is also on the sign.
The black-dressed man inside the booth, however, looks entirely out of place and anything but cheerful. He's idly tapping his fingers on the counter and seems to wonder what he's doing here at all.
Nevertheless, he tries to maintain a friendly expression whenever someone approaches his booth ...
