a midsummer nights dream
prom last night was amazing. i had a nice, relaxed evening, which is exactly what i wanted out of prom. zia and i had dinner at chipotle with rahul and colleen, and we arrived to prom close to 10 and left a little after 11. we danced alot, which was unexpected but so fun. before postprom we went back to his house where he played his guitar and sang. definitely incredible to say the least.
postprom was so fun; i wish i had gotten to stay longer. we did the obstacle course, and played lazer tag (i suck) and sumo wrestled. i unknowingly broke my toe the first time zia knocked me down, but came back from a 2-0 deficit to win anyway. zia had to leave early, and i left shortly after, once my toe was sufficiently swollen and throbbing. but all in all, probably my best night out ever.
and now i need to figure how i can wear tennis shoes and crutches tonight without looking like a tool.
