New Car for Sister Sue?
Sister Sue has a chance for a 'new' car -- which would be wonderful! (The car has around 25,000 miles and good tires and a leather interior -- and it's the same car Sue already has -- except newer!) She took Marilyn and me along to look at the car and meet the senior couple selling it. It was a lovely experience!
I did two loads of dishes today, picked up the living room, vacuumed and picked up my bathroom. I scrubbed the toilet and wiped up the floor (which could actually use scrubbing -- oh well). I was preparing for Amanda to come, but we postponed her to go along with Sue. She was glad -- she's been having morning sickness and had company visiting tonight...
Marilyn needed the therapy, but I guess we'll have to wait on that.
I have my dental appointment on Thursday morning (at 9:00). I'm taking an old prescription of Amoxicillin in the meantime. The pain is better, so it must be working. Plus my blood sugar was lower again this morning (102). It's been higher the past two days prior to that.
Marilyn and I saw the movie "I Am Number Four" -- and then I downloaded the Kindle version of the book yesterday and finished reading it today. I enjoyed BOTH the movie and book and highly recommend them.
I did some website work this morning. And Rich came over today and spent more than an hour cleaning up from the mess last night (I really like that young man).
