NaNoWriMo Update!
It's now almost 1:30 a.m. Marilyn mistressmarilyn and I went to the office and got the computer. The office is completely decorated for Christmas (!!!), with things all over the place, including a tree and tons of giant snowflakes!
When we got back home, I wrote a bit more on my novel...

(Not quite the 10,000 words I'd hoped to write, but I can't complain, really.)
As is always true, the story wants to go a bit differently than I originally planned. But I'm used to that, so I'm letting it do what it needs to!
One development might be very upsetting (character death), so I'm hopeful that won't end up happening. Overall, the story is going as expected and is flowing out of me as fast as I can type it.
It might be a stretch to write more than 40,000 words in the next week, but we'll see!
Monday we're going to stay overnight at the beach. While we might decide to simply laze around, that could potentially be a good writing day. I guess we'll have to wait and see!
Time for bed!
