Well, what a difference a day makes...
(smile)
Plus a much-needed antibiotic prescription, apparently!
I'm feeling so much better that I can't even say how much.
The pain from my injury seems to be all but gone. (I'll crack that up to the wonderful Celebrex -- as it's also removed all traces of my normal, daily arthritis pain I've had for decades.) And the back pain that seems to be tied into the bladder/kidney infection was much better today, too.
Marilyn
mistressmarilyn did end up going in for several hours to work today (though she's supposed to get her Fridays off right now) -- but happily she got the things she needed to get done taken care of and is now on vaca! Hurray!
And she made her wonderful beans for dinner. (Late lunch? Early dinner? We had them around 3:30, as I recall...)
We watched "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" tonight on cable. (Even though we own it.) I don't think I'd ever seen the whole thing before and I actually enjoyed it a ton. The first time I tried to watch it I guess I didn't see the beginning, as I recall hating it then...
But plot aside, it's hard to hate watching Angelina! And the chemistry between Angelina and Brad is so apparent and great to see. I love them as a couple, personally. Plus both are true eye candy. (grin) I'd like to be in a Angelina and Brad sandwich, I guess. (heh) I remain a fan of both actors.
I'm glad I didn't let this tough past week get me down, as I'm feeling chipper as hell, now.
Anyway, time for bed. It's been a long day (even though I took a huge nap)...
