I'm currently having a very PAINFUL outbreak of geographic tongueIf you're not familiar with this term, it's now EASY to find out about it online via Google. But Marilyn and I first discovered it YEARS ago, via the medical book Mom had in the house. By the way, I can't tell you how often we relied on that book for medical answers! So sorry that you are having additional problems. I felt bad at cribbage, but Mady and I had a good run of cards in doubles and took third. I don't know how much money we won. Will find out tomorrow. I started watching tennis and it is after two and I never took a nap. Larry is going to play the main tourney tomorrow.

Wow, that sounds nasty!
It does sound like both problems you've been having are related to your digestive system, even if at the extremes. So, they could be linked if there was a food that triggered both.

I'm glad you found something that helped, even if only with the symptoms.

I wonder if it's linked to immune system weakness? You get ill with certain frequency and it might even be auto-immune?

Dav has a geographic tongue, but it only shows when she eats certain things. Hers is very much allergy related, and runs its course fairly quickly once she stops eating the trigger.

I would say the odds are good the pain is from the diabetes... that happens to a lot of folks, and starts in hands and feet.
