I recently came back from my vacation for 2009 - a trip to Costa Rica with my awesome sister. We had a great 12 days traveling around the country and hiked in the Cloud Forest at Santa Elana, hiked the volcanos Arenal and Cerro Chato, rafted on the Rio Pacure, and swam in the Caribbean ocean. It was fun to see new places, hang out with my sister and go on adventures.
now it's turning to fall again and school starts this week. I am looking forward to winter vacation at the beach, but that won't be until 2010 probably.
For now - this weekend we had the last car camping trip of the season with a bunch of friends. It was nice to go hang out in the woods, make delicious food and all not far from Seattle!
