Birthday drabbles part 2

Dear VO1,

I'm pretty sure I remembered your birthday, but even so, Happy Belated Birthday from me. I chose the ginger option, with a sheep. I hope you enjoy. This one got completely out of hand.

As a side note:

cariad - a term of endearment meaning darling, usually used in girlfriend/boyfriend relationships, but can apply here too.
dafad - a sheep

Ha, see, just last night I was telling you about how your writing turns me into giant puddles of Lytton mush, and this morning I realised that I still have to review this, so really, this is just a continuation of last night's chat, isn't it?

Charlie, this is so gorgeous. I mean, really, Uncle Ceiffen. You really know how to write children, be it babies (see Santa's Little Helper) or those of the slighty older variety. Carys reminds me of the littlest nephew so much and that is always a good thing. And Ceithin just plays along! He takes the giant stick out of his hot behind and scares of the ancient sheep because that will make the tiny niece happy again. And Mina is extremely pregnant and watches him and just falls in love with him all over again.

And my favourite line is this one:
The two were a mix of deep laughter and baby giggles, red ringlets and white strands flowing in the late afternoon breeze.
Genius, pure genius. You suddenly turn this giant brick of a man into a child again, and I love what that does to his characterisation. Ceithin is a wonderful approach of Kunzite anyway, being so much more human than most other versions of him, and this just makes me melt. I feel that you really grounded the reincarnations in a proper background, and I love the family you created for Ceithin in particular. Robyn is so much fun, and she and Ceithin have this fantastic sibling dynamic going for them.

Obviously, this goes right into the Memories.
