BACK CRAWL 1 LAP
back frog 1 lap  (legs together pull up to waist high, broaden, straighten, then snap together
BACK CRAWL, with flat feet as opposed to pointed toes
back frog
BACK FLUTTER CRAWL with fast tiny footwork  (out with pointed toes, back with flat feet)
back wide frog (up hip wide, out, push down.  keep legs apart for whole stroke)
Arm only back crawl (feet crossed, switch upper foot after first length)
Snow Angel/Cookie Man (flat on back, but feet up going out (snow angel) and feet pointed out (cookie man) coming back.
Bicycle Back Crawl (pull leg up and kick out in front, alternating legs)  1 lap
Mermaid/man  Back stroke with legs together for count of 4, kicking under body.  Then 4 with legs hip-apart kick under body.
BACK CRAWL 1 lap
Back frog one lap

I've been doing this 3 times a week for a month or so... the goal is both exercise and stretching things.
so far so good.
