Well, I have all but made my choice, and so I would appreciate it if you would come forth with your offer now. I know what I am worth and expect that your offer will reflect that. In return, you will be getting one of the best social workers in the area.
So, yeah, I know this is probably a little direct, but now that I have made up my mind, I am more than ready to get on with it.
