The past few days have been pretty good. Some of the things I have witnessed and experienced include: shooting stars streaking across the night sky; fireflies blinking in the meadow; a turtle laying eggs on a gravel bar; flowers blooming everywhere; tiny tasty strawberries growing in the front yard; sunshine on smooth rocks surrounded by rushing water; the scent of Queen Anne’s lace; a 20 mile bike ride; gliding along the river in a single scull; a double rainbow and golden beams of sunlight; meeting good people; walking in the woods; falling asleep in the meadow under the stars; and putting more seeds into the soil.
