Free and clear
It occurs to me that I can now sell my house without owing the X anything. During the divorce, naturally, we had to sit down repeatedly and hash out a whole bunch of different issues. The deal we worked out on the house was truly bizarre. I'll spare y'all the details, since they are now moot. Moot is good. It gives me more options. Options are good.
