This is a perfect example of a brilliant idea gone to waste. Have you guys seen these decorated waiting sheds in QC? There's "know/now" and "pagbasa/pag-asa". They also have a tiny "ilove2read" caption in the corner plus some QC government stuff.
The concept is genius...simple, attention-getting, thought-provoking. But then what are we supposed to do about it? There's no call to action, no "donate books to the library" or "sponsor a child's education" or "stay in school" or anything to that effect. It's just clever, and that's just...dumb.
