Clint had been practicing before he noticed the time. He went into the shower and then jumped out. He wore something a little dress down, one of those button up shirts with the cool designs on them. And just a pair of blue jeans.

He smiled as he tossed Duo some money for a pizza telling him not to stay up too late. He then put on his quiver and attacked his bow to the glider and set off for where he was meeting Charl. He made sure to grab a few roses on the way there.

She landed a little distance aways, and then walked to the revendezous point, pulling her glasses onto the bridge of her nose. She was dressed in a black cashmere sweater, and a pair of white boot-cut jeans. Her eyes scanned the surroundings, trying to pick out Clint among the people milling about.

Clint slowly flew his glider closer to Charl. How exactly can you surprise a woman who's hearing is super? He set it down and tapped her on the shoulder hiding the roses behind his back.

She turned, smiling slightly. "There you are, I'm glad you made it."

He smiles warmly back.

"What? You thought I would be a no show?"

"It's not that - well, I do know how world invasions can cramp one's social life," She laughed. "So are you ready?"

"World invasions? Havent had one of those in years. I'll follow your lead beautiful."

Clint winked at her.

She held the roses, and shook her head. "You're from 'flattery gets you everywhere' school, aren't you?" Charlene chuckled as she lead him to the theater.

He smiles at that. It was great dating someone like himself again.

"So what movie you pick Charl?"

"Dragon Rising, it's a Jet Li movie," She replied as she inspected the roses, and lightly sniffed. Tea roses - how in the world does he know she likes them?

He smiles, how did she know he liked Jet Li movies?

"A very good choice. You ever see him in The one?"

"I did, it was quite good - much better then I expected." She replied as she checked the ticket prices.

"yeah, I actually sat back and laughed. I knew someone that went through a similar ordeal, just not time traveling."

He starts to pull out his wallet.
