christmas greetings.
I heard on the radio that christmas is coming in four days. This caught me off guard, considering i haven't had time to breath, let alone do anything nice for anyone or even make cards in weeks.
I blink, and it's the season to be jolly.
There are imense perks to this season i have discovered.
-friends from university suddenly appearing
-random goodies also appearing on my kitchen table.
-an excuse to drink lots of eggnog
-i can wear velvet and look festive.
- me singing christmas carols is no longer considered wierd, it's considered "being in the spirit"
-walking at night, is so much nicer. ahhhh...nothing more beautiful than christmas lights burried in snow.
-"come on it's christmas" works very well if convincing parents of anything.
-and who doens't like sleeping in, and then sitting around opening presents?
