I would snicker but this has been an "Interesting Day".
Nothing like fielding a call from the child about his car and hear the child say the insurance person called back and told the child their car, that we were hoping to have fixed, was at the junk yard!
I'm thinking that he might have misunderstood. Called the other parental unit to have him handle it. DURING all this, we had in another school's classes for a scavenger hunt to discover facts about Native Americans from our students' 'educational' displays and presentations. LOUD Native American flute music was being played for 2 hours during this. The same music over and over and over.
2 hours of this at high volume so that someone 4 feet from you can't hear you and it drown out the conversations of 100+ 10 year old students in the room. That's one very good speaker the student had, looked like a cylinder about 7" long. How he and his friends could stand to sit at the table where it was, turned up that loud......... There were no words to sing along to it.
Car is at a place where it was evaluated. So it's safe for now. They took it way the hell to south of Dallas about an hour away. I think it will need to be towed to wherever we arrange to have it fixed.
Oooo plunnies and no way of writing :( ;(

Some little speakers pack a punch.
Aww no lyrics to corrupt!
Good. Not scrapped, hope it's going to be affordable, how do you manage without it? Know how extreme your weather, can't help commute.
