I'm soo glad its Friday. This week has been slow. Anyways. Today in Culinary Arts, I made Rocquettes with Parsley Sauce. It's rice, parsley and some other shit and i rolled them in little balls, then rolled them in bread crumbs then deep fried them. I also made the Parsley Sauce with i made very well. I boiled milk, butter and added diced parsley.
