Just a big and rusty wrench thrown in now, is it?
*I didn't get the job at the Acupuncture office. Despite the interview going super well to the point where the interviewer even said that she liked me, it was still a no. Another candidate was selected. Still a shock and it bruised my ego a bit, but I must move on.
HOWEVER, I did go on another job interview at a dental office today, to apply for the receptionist/dental assistant position. I was on point and not stumbling when answering questions, but the office manager interviewing me was a bit disengaged and standoffish. Maybe she hates working there, who knows? Should hear back from them this week. I was actually supposed to be interviewed by the dentist himself, but I was told he was busy. Shocker -__-.
*I got rejected to go to CUNY Lehman College. I was dumb enough in that situation to NOT choose more colleges to go to. I just never thought that I would actually get rejected. Now I'm meeting with an educational counselor who takes care of my two younger siblings, so I can go transfer to another school.
*I was supposed to go hang out and go to lunch with my friend Johntae this past Saturday. However, an issue occurred between her and her boyfriend (yes, they are still together after all the bullshit that went down when we went clubbing -__-) where he went through her things and took her house keys, making her unable to leave the house.
She was taking a shower and getting ready to meet me. While she was doing that, he just rummaged through her stuff and just took them. I guess he literally didn't want her to leave the house and wanted her to stay put. I don't know whether or not they had a dispute before the whole bs or if the boyfriend is just tripping. Sometimes it does take two to tango but I won't know until she fully explains to me what happened. We haven't spoken since then as she wanted to keep calm and give herself some space. Also because I've been swamped with finding work and taking care of school, in addition to dealing with healthcare stuff (it's going to discontinue due to a financial error :p).
*Going to a lesbian mixer at this sex toy store called Babeland on May 2nd. I'm not too anxious this time time around, but instead more excited. Really, REALLY excited!! Kind of just want to go buckwild and hopefully meet some ladies. The event is called "SEX MIX(ER)". Yep. ;)
