Writer's Block: Do You Believe?

When I was a little girl of about six, I noticed that some of my Christmas presents had tags on them. Tags from stores like 'Two Guys' and 'Jamesway'. As I was not a stupid child, I sat down to ponder this dilemma.

Santa had a workshop, therefore he had no need to shop at these stores.  My mother, however - shopped at these stores all the time. ( Read more... )

I'll believe in Santa Claus when I walk out in the cold in my jammies and the jolly old fat bastard slips on the roof and falls on me.

When I was three my mom told me not to look inside a gorcery bag. I did, and saw all the Easter candy and knew that there was no such thing as the Easter bunny...

However, I sort of knew there was no Santa. But as long as I said I belived in him, I always got one extra gift maked From Santa. I milked that extra gift until I was like, 12!
