So today we said goodbye to our car. So long, L-mobile, you were a good car, despite your occasionally non-functional windshield wiper and that wheel bearing thing. I forgave you for that. Mostly you ran and got us to where we were going to and kept us comfortable along the way. That's all you can ask for in a car, really.
wizardofaus was able to get some time off of work to help me recover. He can have up to two weeks, but he's only taking a week at the most because they won't pay him while he's out and we can barely afford to lose one week's pay. Okay, we can't really afford to lose one week's pay, but I'm still feeling too weak and pained to drive him to work and pick him up, plus he wants to take care of me because I'm having a hard time with things.
Today my wrist is all bruised up and I can't put weight on it. It wasn't too bad yesterday, but today it's icky. My neck and back and head are still killing me. I'm also having weird muscle cramps. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment, so we'll see if they can do anything for me.
