And now, the dreaded age restrictions:
- If you noticed the title, I created this community specifically geared to young people. This is because I happen to be one of them. Go me.
- That said, I would like to make the minimum age for this community a little bit lower than others, at 15.
- This is because I became involved in BDSM around age 16, and I know that it can be done with rational thinking, preparation, and maturity.
----
PLEASE remove this community. 15 is not an age that children should be learning about bondage.
This is absolutely a violation of your 'harm to minors' rule, if nothing else.
If nothing else, read the posts where they talk about things like Daddy/little girl fetishes and webcams. This is not something that children should be exposed to, please shut it down.

Dear LiveJournal user charisma,
Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, the LiveJournal Abuse Team will be unable to assist you at this time. The LiveJournal Abuse Team does take reasonable steps to limit the exposure of minors to indecent material, it does not presently meet our definition of indecency, as defined by the following FAQ:
http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=112. While it is true that LiveJournal requires that non-age-restricted communities take steps to limit the type of sexually explicit material posted in said communities, as the content within this community does not appear to be explicit, but rather, educational in nature, there is no action that we may take.
For further information on what type of content is prohibited on LiveJournal, you may wish to consult the following FAQ:
http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=107&view=full.
Should you become aware of any content which fits the definition of explicit sexual imagery, or any content which appears to be indecent according to the above-linked definitions, we encourage you to use the information provided at
http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=105&view=full to contact us at that time.
Regards,
Melisande
LiveJournal Abuse Team
