I'm still here....
MY GEOGRAPHY FIELD TRIP TO THAILAND GOT CANCELLED!!!! T_______T
they told us 30 hours before we depart, (like thursday night) ....
the teachers are paranoid about the "riots" in thailand right now, but in my opinion...how much threat are we going to be exposed to when we are only in Bangkok for 3 HOURS IN THE AIRPORT for a change over flight?!!!!!!! >_____<
I am so pissed...and so depressed ... right after I got the news I was crying the whole night. I already have my suitcase packed, already visualize and imagine how much fun it's going be on the plane, and stuff...and now...it's all gone.
I really couldn't understand their concern...chance of us dying b/c of heat stroke is probably way higher than getting shoot/bomb =="
If only the protest one day later, I would be in thailand already!!!
They aren't even rescheduling the trip! ... so now we end up having to do our fieldwork in hong kong. WTH!! i's so boring here ><
and it's not overnight, but yet we have to go back to school and stay there until 8-9pm after fieldwork in various places everyday!!!!
and so...my last ever oversea trip in college is gone.
