My mom had to use my car today to go to work which left me stranded here. I really need to figure out my dining table and futon soon. On the bright side, I got my park tickets for Disney World. It's so cute. It's got Mr. Incredible, Dash, and Jack-Jack on the Astro-Orbiter with the Magic Kingdom as a grey blur in the background. It says "Where the incredible happens every day." I can't wait.
Why did I not have the forethought to schedule myself off for Emmy night? I mean,there's the red carpet, the awards show, and post show. Luckily, the DVR was able to cover the show, although, how I'm going to be able to record it to my DVD is still up for some electronic juggling. Those chairs looked non-fancy and uncomfortable at the show, though. I wonder what everyone thought of them.
I wish that The Colbert Report would have won because it really is the funniest thing on TV. I suppose that it seems more mature to pick The Daily Show, but it hasn't been as good since Carrell, Colbert, and Helms left. :( Oh, but the jumping and hugging that Jon, Stephen, and Steve did at the show was probably one of the best things ever. ;)
And Marcia and Felicity were lovely, as usual. Oh, how I missed Marcia Cross after a year and a half of no awards show attendances.
Oh, and all of these sports media guys need to get off of their hard-ons for the fricking USC Trojans. Really. Geaux Tigers!!!
