Who: Dynamo and Renge Where: Dynamo's life-boat, an unknown island When: Late-Afternoon into the Night What: Dynamo goes to rescue Renge Warnings: None
Renge couldn't believe she was being rescued and taken to a ship of robots! but life were not always going according to plan and she decided to make do with the situation. She's a lady, first and foremost. So she bowed her head. "Nice to meet you too, I'm Renge. Thank you for your effort!"
No reaction to the silver-blue haired hot guy, huh? Oh well.
"It wasn't a problem, this island wasn't that far away from our ship," grinned Dynamo.
He looked down at his metal feet and shuffled before saying, "And I'm sorry for what Flash Man was suggesting. Believe me, that wasn't my intention when I said that I'd rescue you."
Renge couldn't believe this. If there was a ship around the area of her island, surely it meant it's not completley in the middle of nowhere. She would kill Tamaki when they'll meet again, definatly. It took a few seconds for Dynamo's words to register in her mind, when they did a soft smile made its way to her lips. "You have nothing to apologize for, I know treasure-hunter-san really wanted to help me, I'm really grateful! But - I will have to tell your captain that I'm really not sure if the Host Club would like to trade for me....he won't kill me, right?" she voiced a concern that has been playing in her mind ever since she heard about the future trade.
"Absolutely not!" Dynamo clenched his hand, "I don't think Flash Man would try that anyway, but... well, I've kind of made you my responsibility. I have a good track record with my responsibilities."
He offered a smile, "Don't worry. I'll make sure you get to your friends... whether we get anything out of it or not."
"Responsibility?" she smiled, a little teasingly, before she reminded herself that proper ladies do not tease their heros, even if they're robots. "It's ok, I'm trusting you, treasure-hunter-san," and actually she did. Even if thsi wasn't accroding to her plan, don't things just happen for a reason?
Dynamo's cheeks were tinted red as he answered, "Y-Yeah... I mean. I want to make sure that nothing happens to you."
Dynamo looked around, "Hey, this island doesn't look half-bad... though I wouldn't want to be stranded on it." He plopped his helmet back on unceremoniously, though he left his visor up so she could still see his eyes.
"Okay!" Dynamo held the lifeboat steady for Renge to get in, "Don't be afraid when you get on the ship, okay? I really doubt that Flash Man will hurt you."
"Shouldn't be too difficult," Dynamo shrugged as he sat down across from her and shoved off from the shore, "And even if they don't, you'll be with your friends soon, right?"

Renge thought about it. Relying on herself was something she never ever did. Back at France papa would have taken care of her no matter what she needed, and it was like that even after she moved to Japan. But ever since she came to this weird world nothing seemed to make sense anymore. Prince charming has yet to arrive, and the only thing she could trust in this place had been the Host Club, but now that seemed to have failed her too. Maybe she should try that, too. Relaying on herself, she could still be a proper lady, still search for her one true love but be strong while she does that, right?" "Yes," she whispered, suddenly feeling much more confident. "I should rely on myself - you're right!" She could be a cute-heroine and still take care of herself, manga heroines always did that! Acting upon her new bravery she stopper her new crew mate and began rowing herself

"I suppose."

"... Guess that's why I only rely on myself," Dynamo mumbled, his aching arms protesting with each row.

"Here, relying on yourself... um... you should probably still let me row. I mean, you might need your strength for later, you know?"
He smiled awkwardly.

"It looks like we're almost there, anyway. ... Man, I hope our Captain..." he shook his head.
"I can't believe this is happening. We really are pirates, huh..." he shrugged.
