Aaaah! Welcome back to the re-opening of Charenjaa! It's great to see you all again, as well as the new faces. I'm amazed that people have started posting already. It's really cool.

A few things; If you have not replied to the new contact information post, please do so ASAP. It is locked, so you can only see and reply to it with your character journals.

Also, this thing that people are posting on... It is NOT a live journal. I think this was discussed a long time ago, but if you've forgotten or didn't know, then... Now you do. It's more like a forum, or network, where trainers can talk to other trainers. You can post audio or video feeds, as well as just text. If you want to specify what type of message your character is posting, go right ahead~

Currently, the network does not have a name. Just know that it was created by Professor Oak. Since it is new, however, there are still some bugs in it. That means people like Team Rocket are able to create their own user names and log in, as well. Your characters can connect to the network through a PokéNav, or Pal Pad, or whatever. This means that travelers can use it on the go, send a message while they are walking. Yes, they can also log on via a computer.

This brings up the internet... The internet is certainly part of the Pokémon world (but it wouldn't be called the internet? I'm not sure), but be careful about breaking fourth walls. Don't go posting nasty fanfics or fanart of characters. Act as if your characters are real people. This may seem like a silly thing to mention, but we've got some people new to role-playing here, and I think it should be said. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Don't forget to also join the charenjaa-logs community! Logging with other characters is great. This game is all about interaction.

Lastly, there is an AIM chat room that you are free to join at any time. The name of the chat is in the contact information post. I would like to talk to a few people on AIM sometime soon.
