DVR Crisis

So I finally got DVR and what is the first thing that happens?? I can't figure it out. I recorded some shows but I can't figure out how to watch them??? My friend says there is a "list button" on the Timewarner Remote. I do not see said list button. SIGH. Someone help! I really hope that Timewarner didn't give me the wrong remote.

Shirley, call me if you need help. The list button should be right above the play button.

K, I think the damn cable guy gave me the WRONG remote!! Mine is silver with no green list button. I see online there is another remote that does have that green button right in the middle. WTF!!! I am so pissed off.

OMG, what an effing idiot! Mine looks most similar to the first remote, but in silver. Wait, how were you able to record the shows??

Mine is the second one!!! WTF. I even told the technician how do I record, he said press record...and that worked fine. I am able to record BUT NOT VIEW THE SHOWS. That's just effing great. OMG. I'm calling them now!!!
