I just checked my ING Account and the interest rate is up from 3% to 3.15!!!! That is a big ass jump!

For those of you who have no idea why the heck I am so happy, you need to check out the above-listed website. longrunner did you see this??? I know you will appreciate this rate hike as much as I do! :D

I'll bet that all those people who didn't open an ING Account when I told them to are pretty bummed right now. (*pointed look at kahluak*)

Not as much as an ING account!

If you open one, be sure to have someone who already has one email you a link to open an account online. You'll get an extra bonus ($25?) deposited in your account, and the person who refers you gets a little, too. Everyone wins!

Considering I know nothing about an ING account. Does it matter that I'm British? Would I still be able to open an account?

To my knowledge, you can open up an ING account anywhere. You need to open one ASAP because the savings are amazing. Seriously, before you know you've racked up a couple of dollars in interest! My old Citibank Savings account gave me like 25 cents a YEAR! Okay, I'm exaggerating, but banks usually only ofer 1 percent, sometimes even lower. ING is the best way to go. And there is no minimum deposit required!

I opened up my account last month. And I'm a VERY happy camper right now!

In fact, I'm thinking of transferring some more $$$$ in there! LOL

All I have to do now is change my linked account. We're closing the account we've had FOREVER because ever since a new bank took over the old one, I've had nothing but headaches. So now it's on to greener pastures! *g*
